One of four Tutta Bellas in Seattle, this location is inviting and cozy. As the first Northwest restaurant to receive the official stamp from Naples, Italy-based Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, which certifies that it makes authentic Neapolitan pizza, Tutta Bella is a pizza lover's paradise. Featuring a soft but thin crust, a simple yet sophisticated sauce, fresh herbs and fresh mozzarella, the light, crispy pizzas here are cooked swiftly in a 1,100-degree apple wood-fueled oven. Of the pizzas, the San Marzano-based tomato sauce offers a fine backdrop for contemporary combinations such as prosciutto and arugula, or "Four Seasons," which mixes artichokes, roasted red pepper, roasted zucchini, herbed mushrooms and cheeses. Choose any of the modestly priced salads---a classic Caesar or the Tutta Bella Mista with carrots, white beans, olives and vinaigrette---to round out the meal. Beer and wine lists offer affordable options and there's also a full bar.
