There's a buzz that surrounds Wailuku Town; it's a hip place to shop, check out live shows and dine. Unisan, a combination sushi spot, full-menu restaurant and nightclub, is part of the excitement. A few pasta dishes and local plate-lunch fare are on offer, but we prefer the long list of creative sashimi and nigiri sushi with the freshest ahi, hamachi, crab and ebi.
