Saeng's Thai Cuisine Description:
Just a few blocks away from Wailuku's business district and county buildings, Saeng's is like a quiet garden sanctuary in the middle of a concrete jungle. The menu is impressive, with a large array of vegetarian selections. The spring rolls and satays are fresh and flavorful. Sauces are traditional Thai, served to your liking: mild, medium or hot (hot is just that, and will get your blood pumping). We recommend the bean cake and coconut soup with chicken or shrimp, and the pad thai and curry-peanut sauce with scallops.
