Dishes reflect Hawaii, Jamaica and Barbados, with signatures like coconut shrimp in papaya-mango chutney, tuna poke napoleon, macadamia-crusted yellowtail snapper, and island shrimp pasta. It's more civilized than Jimmy Buffet, though the idea can be similarly sweet, with maple syrup-marinated pork chops, piña colada cake, and cocktails just screaming for a paper umbrella.
