Eastside Marketplace Description:
Eastside Marketplace is Dean & Deluca's without the snob factor, set in a Providence parking lot. Sound odd? It won't once you're feasting on a rotisserie chicken painted with lemon and pepper for $7.99, or ogling the sushi chefs as they roll and slice salmon maki and some of the best veggie rolls in town. Eastside is nothing if not an embarrassment of riches at poor man's prices---$5.99 for a chicken sandwich on a baguette, soups for $4.99 a pound, and so forth. If there are any daily specials, we say order them.
