Join the line at this sweet and immaculate café cooking up authentic Scandinavian fare, from Danish pancakes served with lingonberry jam to Swedish hash rippled with roast beef and ham. The Swedish Breakfast Bord is a lovely array of rye crisp, lingonberries, gravlax, salami, yogurt, hard cheese, grapefruit and a sweet. Lunch offers a variety of sandwiches, Swedish meatballs, and a koldt bord laden with gravlax or herring. Dinner is small plates of Scandinavian heaven, heavy on the smoked fish and potatoes. Breakfast is by far the most popular meal here, but no matter when you visit Broder, settle in. At busy times, the service moves at a glacial pace.
