Located on the 35th floor of Time Warner Center, Lobby Lounge in the Mandarin Oriental, New York, offers light fare, desserts and cocktails, as well as views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. Menu highlights include sesame chicken lollipops, a juicy trio of mini-burgers, a lemon grass steak salad, and an open-face lobster BLT. Desserts are tasty and an afternoon tea service with house-made scones and marmalade is available daily from 2:30 p.m.-5 p.m. for $38 per person.
