Gordon Ramsay's Pétrus is centred around a huge wine cellar stocking, amongst other wines, some 30-plus Pétrus vintages. The cooking is modern European, courtesy of head chef Sean Burbidge and Mark Askew, executive chef of Gordon Ramsay Holdings. Dishes may include roasted beef fillet with braised shin and Barolo sauce or John Dory with mushrooms, lardons and bordelaise sauce (for two).
