If you're out very late or very early or simply find yourself hungry at an odd time, Oki Diner could be the ticket. Its extensive local-style menu ranges from eggs to soup to teriyaki beef, all served with rice. Opt for the pancakes, or go for the decent Hawaiian plate if you want to try laulau and kalua pig. Oki has something to please everyone, and while the cuisine isn't grand, it's filling and cheap. The baked goods are an extra bonus, as is its spacious locale, across from the Round Building in downtown Lihue.
