On the ocean side of the main street in the middle of Lahaina. Similar to the more famous Kimo's nearby, but not as crowded.
With its central Lahaina town location, waterfront dining and impressive array of fresh fish, Lahaina Fish Company is the quintessential island vacation eatery. Chef Keith Salvador features three preparation choices of eight different fish nightly, including opakapaka (pink snapper), onaga (red snapper), monchong (pomfret) and swordfish. The Island fish 'n' chips are popular for lunch but our personal favorite is the ahi katsu---Salvador's signature seared ahi sashimi. Lunch and dinner menus include burgers and sandwiches, stir-fries and seafood in every possible combination.
