Its sauce is slathered on almost everything, including the barbecue chicken pizza and the Smokehouse Big Mess burgers, half-pound patties, cooked to order, topped with bacon, cheddar and onion straws---sure to drip down your chin. Then there's the Smokehouse platters, large servings of a variety of meats, including ribs, chicken, sliced pork and brisket. Want something light? There's grilled salmon, broiled cod, stuffed shrimp scampi and walleye. If you manage to save room for dessert, try the chocolate torte, Key lime pie or a hot fudge brownie. Enjoy karaoke or live music, depending upon the night. There's a Friday fish fry that includes soup, bread and salad bar and a brunch on Sunday, too.
