Check out happy hour at the bar, or head here for a special family occasion or business dinner. The contemporary menu offers fresh and seasonal Northwest cuisine with classic touches and nods to Asia, Italy and France, all while avoiding the cliché of "fusion cuisine." Make a meal of small plates and salads, such as the juicy pork sliders, crispy fried calamari served with a spunky cream sauce, or generous portion of pan-seared tiger prawns laced with spicy butter sauce. For a heartier appetite there's the tender roast pork accompanied by house-made pappardelle and a rich mushroom ragù. Succulent sablefish is glazed with a honey-miso marinade and served with crab dumplings, while grilled Wagyu sirloin steak arrives with smashed potatoes enriched with caramelized onions. Alas, the grilled duck breast with a chili rub was underwhelming, but don't miss the truffle-Parmesan fries. Desserts---a good after-movie option---include a butterscotch sundae with Madagascar vanilla ice cream and pecan brittle. Chocolate lovers will like the triple chocolate cake: warm chocolate cake with chocolate fudge ice cream decked with chocolate sauce. The small wine list is carefully selected. Service is professional and polished without being stuffy.
