Chinese art graces the walls, but otherwise this could be any kind of restaurant. On Saturdays and for Chinese New Year the dragon snakes its way around the perimeter of the room, stopping to entertain the tables with its gyrations. Saturday and Sunday dim sum is a rolling feast, with servers threading carts among the tables and tempting diners with chicken feet braised with black beans and plenty of garlic; crispy fried meat-filled dumplings; and tiny shrimp wrapped in tender-as-air rice noodles. From the regular menu, there's a long list of tasty soups, such as a spinach and bean curd, which go beyond the usual. The beef with tofu will make even the anti-tofu crowd dig in. House specials include numerous Hong Kong hotpots.
