Decorated in cheerful Mexican tile, it's a good choice for a fast, inexpensive New Mexican meal, from breakfast onward. Every lunch and dinner starts with a basket of fresh, salty tortilla chips and some spicy salsa to snack on while you peruse the extensive menu. The enchiladas are always satisfying, especially when served ranchero-style, topped with eggs. But save room for Little Anita's sopaipillas, squares of deep-fried dough that puff up into golden pillows. Pinch off a corner and squeeze honey inside---they're the stuff of memories.
