This national chain of urban burrito bars launched on Seattle's waterfront in 1992. Its fresh, big burritos are made to order and come in two sizes---jumbo and super---depending on whether sour cream, guacamole and cheese are included. Burritos are filled with rice and either refried or whole beans plus your choice of filling: chicken, beef, pork or fish, or go vegetarian. Like things with a little heat?
