Johnny's Italian Steakhouse Description:
Reminiscent of a 1940s supper club, this Italian steakhouse serves char-broiled steaks and chops, Parmesan-crusted New York strip and homemade rigatoni. Appetizers and salads include Johnny's toasted ravioli, zucchini "fries" and a pepper-seared salmon salad. Specialties include veal Sinatra---slices of Provimo veal sautéed with shrimp, fresh crab meat, a variety of mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and roasted garlic simmered in a light cream sauce. Guests can dine inside or outside, as the restaurant seats up to 250 and has a ten-foot wraparound canopy.
