Dwyers Restaurant Description:
Set in an old R.I.C. Barracks, Dwyers has been in business since 1989.
Chef / Proprietor Martin Dwyer has been cooking for the last twenty-five years, including time spent working in France and Kent in England. He is the resident Chef on Waterford Local Radio with a weekly slot on Tuesday mornings at 11.30am.
Martin is also a commissioner for Eurotoques - the European body of Chefs dedicated to the highest standards of excellence in food and professional cooking.
