Boasting one of the best restaurant locations in Providence, Waterplace could get by picking off tourists strolling the city's Riverwalk, but owner Pinelli Marra is too much the pro for that. Homemade hummus and puffed pastry-wrapped Brie are among the dinner starters that can stand alone or preface a Sicilian salad topped with prosciutto and homemade mozzarella, rustic pizzas and smartly priced entrées.
