Molly's Smokehouse Description:
Molly's is located on Kamehameha Highway as you enter Wahiawa so you can't miss it, never mind the large smoker out front which wafts luscious smells across the neighborhood. There is a Molly---she is from Texas and she adheres to the school of dry barbecue. Go for one of the combo plates making up your own custom meal from a choice of beef, pork or chicken and more than ten different sides including mac 'n' cheese and the must-order hush puppies (think of the very best cornbread dressing you've ever had shaped into balls and deep-fried). Her only non-barbecue entrée is country-fried steak with a big ladle of creamy gravy on top. Everyone should eat this once in their lives.
