RESTROOMS: Male and Female port-a-potties will
be available



Driving direction to Tidewater Community College:
From Norfolk: Take I-264 East into the downtown
tunnel to Portsmouth. Take the 1st right once
out of tunnel onto Effingham. Turn right onto
High St., and left onto Water St.
