I took a business colleague to Cloud Nine for dinner a few nights ago and just had to write up on how poorly this place is currently being run. If this place didn't have a view it would have been out of business years ago. Their entire business is based on people coming for the view. What they should be doing is making sure the food is good enough to get them to come back! The restaurant is old and unchanged from the time it was built - very retro but not in a good way. The food is mediocre at best and the service is lousy. The management should get off their high horse and realize they're going to have to work harder to ensure this "landmark" remains for more than another year.
