It's no wonder the pages of Café Trang's lengthy menu are dog-eared. You'll flip endlessly between the poultry, beef, seafood, curry, vegetarian and noodle dishes trying to decide what to choose. What Trang lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for in attentive service and large portions. It's hard to go wrong with any of the flavor-packed main courses, but beware of the menu's hot chili icon---fiery plates like the green curry chicken and the Thai basil beef are not created for timid taste buds.
