Housed in a venerable old building in downtown Park City, Riverhorse is one of the area's top dining destinations. During peak times, every seat in this restaurant is full from opening to closing---and that's saying something, because it's a pretty roomy venue. New American and Pacific Rim influences find their way onto the menu. Seafood fans will be well pleased by the choices here, which might include anything from Alaskan salmon to lobster to ahi to locally caught trout. Nightly specials augment the regular menu. When the weather is nice, try to score a seat on the busy patio fronting Main Street.
