Nestled on the Success ski run inside Stag Lodge, this Swiss bistro serves ski-in, ski-out lunch as well as apres-ski dinner. menu selections include Swiss-air cured beef, and ham with pickled veggies, alpine barley-vegetable soup, alpine dried meats, salmon burgers, bratwurst, roesti (fried potatoes served with fried eggs and elk-sausage) and Swiss-style pastas. Fondues or raclettes are served with Gruyere or Emmentaler cheese drip and breads. Open for lunch and dinner.
