While the polished service and stylish ambience of 350 Main Brasserie consistently makes it one of the most distinguished restaurants on Park City's Main Street, the food doesn't always live up to expectations. The masculine black steel, floor-to-ceiling bay windows, wood floors and oversize booths evoke a classic 1930s-style American bistro. The menu items, however, are hit and miss, although servers' suggestions can usually be relied upon. The lobster bisque Siam, tower of ahi and hamachi, or the basil-roasted chicken, for example, aren't likely to be recommended. But a tip to try the black pepper-crusted venison medallions yields a combination of robust flavors and textures, and you can likewise count on most of the grilled meat and fresh seafood specialties like the Pacific sea bass coated with island spices. For something more casual, hang out at the bar and order from the tapas menu, complemented by pours from the notable wine list.
