Parking:

As there is limited parking availabilty at Sandbanks Beach there will be a park and ride provision from the Dolphin Centre to the polo at Sandbanks. We expect a large volume of traffic surrounding the event therefore we advise you leave plenty of time to get there. Please go to www.sandpolo.com for further parking information.

Nearest Rail: Parkstone

Bus Routes: 152 Wilts and Dorset

General Rules:

No food can be brought on to the site.
No bottles or cans.
No alcohol or illegal substances.
Smoking is only permitted within certain areas by the outside bar. This will be clearly advertised on the day.

Miscellaneous:

Venue will be open from 11:00am to 11:00pm on days of play.

Bags may be checked by the event organisers at any time. Cancellation of the event will only take place if extreme circumstances make it unsafe to play. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove ticket holders from the event without giving a reason. No glass is to be taken onto the beach. Hot tips for the sun - don’t forget to: Slip (on a long sleeved T-shirt) Slap (on a broad brimmed hat) and Slop (on some sun cream)

DRESS CODE. Smart casual – you will look out of place in jeans, trainers or sportswear! All seating is uncovered - please dress appropriately.
