It seems as though Saigon Pearl is a quaint little spot that's barely worth mentioning...snap judgments never seem to serve anything positive. The sparse little patio is inviting and sunny, but the food, my goodness the food! If you have a thing for Vietnamese food then stand up right now and go! (Chinese dishes are available as well)
