I would be prepared to pay anything that Hy wanted for their Fillet Mignon. Fourty dollars is a steal. The meat litterally melted in my mouth. Hy's has been around for some time now and I believe the experience has given them a leg up on the competition. My favorite thing about this place is the decor, it reminds me of a medieval party room or gala room? The perfect place to indulge. The service is flawless.
