My entire family of 15 went for Sunday brunch and it was the worst place I have ever eaten at. The buffet tables had sparse selections. The "cold" foods were warm since they have no refrigeration system of any kind. I can’t believe they have meat cold cuts, potato salad with eggs and mayo, fish, shrimp and chicken with not refrigeration of any kind. They sat at room temperature for the whole 2 miserable hours that we were there. The “hot” foods were cold since all the steam tray flames were out. The roast beef, sausages, bacon, eggs and rice were all cold. This buffet was a bacteria and salmonella nightmare waiting to afflict the poor customers that were there. The service was horrible and the facility conditions were nasty. The carpet is so black from filth that you can’t see the carpet pattern except for the new pattern that the bubble gum wads made. We all complained and refused to pay but got away with some discounts and 3 sick family members. I wrote a letter to the Toronto Public Health Department so we will see what happens. Stay away – very far away from this place. I can’t believe they charge $14.95 per person for the garbage. We should have gone to the Mandarin!
