I’ve only been to Allen’s once – last night, and had a great time. The room is very lively and conducive to good conversation, which we had plenty of. I ordered the Angus steak which came with a giant salad, which I’m sure my intestines and arteries appreciated. They also have a massive bar made of solid oak, but it’s amazing for another reason as well; the fact that they’ve got pretty much every whiskey ever made behind it. From the food and service to the ambience, Allen’s is perfect for pretty much any occasion.
