Review :
I was a little taken back by the location, hidden away in First Canadian Place's food court like that. However, upon arrival I was quickly amazed by welcoming, yet funky and trendy decor of Vertical Restaurant & Bar. I am not sure what the colour red is supposed to represent, but in this setting it must represent hunger or eating (maybe satisfaction once you are finished eating!). The food is superb, especially the pasta, and the wine list is very comprehensive. The staff is incredibly attentive. As an example I have only been twice and two of the staff remembered me.. by name! This place is highly recommended...
