Selection is key for me. If I don't get the chance to ponder over my decision for a half hour, I feel cheated. I ordered the tenderloin out of panic and I wasn't too impressed. It was a tad over done. I suppose Rivoli is a club so I may be asking too much. I'll come at a later hour next go round. The service was phenomenal.
