Barbecue specialties served from a small red trailer... Maximum price is $7.50 for Rib Plate, Deluxe Combination, and Pork Spare Ribs.
There is outdoor and indoor seating available.
German sausage and Tex-Mex food available, as well as homemade cobbler, and ice cream.
Vegetables include beans, potato salad and fresh vegetable salad.
Tex-Mex fare includes brisket fajita, "famous burrito," texas taco, taco salad and super nachos -- ranging in price from $2.00 to $3.95.
Brisket, sausage and pork spare ribs also sold by the pound.
