Parking:

General Parking is Free:
Main lot off Bullard Avenue and Parkview Place, north of the stadium.

Bus / RV Parking:
At Aquatic center just east of the stadium.

General Rules:

Surprise Stadium allows food to be brought into the
stadium. The food must be presented in clear, sealed
(factory, Ziploc, etc.) plastic bag and must be able to
fit under a standard stadium seat. One clear, sealed
one (1) liter plastic water bottle or empty plastic
water/sports bottles will be allowed, as will single
serving juice boxes, baby food and formula. No other
beverages are allowed.

No bags of any kind, exceeding 16x16x8 inches will be
allowed into the stadium. All bags meeting the above
size requirements will be inspected.

Smoking is not allowed inside any area of the ballpark.

Resale of any tickets within 200 feet of any public
entrance is prohibited.

All strollers and diaper bags must be accompanied by
a child.

Coolers, ice chests, thermos bottles (glass or metal)
are prohibited.

Lawn or legged chairs are not allowed.
No refunds for parking.

No refunds or exchanges.

Miscellaneous:

RAIN CHECK INFORMATION:
In the event that 5 innings of one game are not played,
except when the home team is in the lead at the end of
4 and 1/2 innings, the following policy will apply:

The ticket may be exchanged for any future exhibition
game of the home team in the same spring training
season.

Rain Check exchanges are subject to availability
and all service charges or differences in value are non-
refundable.

Rain Checks may be redeemed either at the
Surprise Stadium Ticket Office or by mailing them to the
Surprise Stadium Ticket Office at:

Driving direction to Surprise Stadium:
From I-17:
Take Loop 101 west to Bell Road. Exit west, take Bell
Road to Bullard Avenue, then south 1 block.
From I-10:
Take Loop 101 north to Grand Avenue. Exit, turn left.
Take Grand Avenue to Bell Road, turn left. Go south on
Bullard Avenue 1 block.
