Hungarian Rhapsody Description:
Authentic Hungarian fare is served in a setting awash with artifacts from the Old Country, ranging from lavishly embroidered handicrafts and porcelain pieces to red pepper garlands. Steve and Darlene Szatmari know their chicken paprika, stuffed cabbage and goulash and dish it up in friendly fashion in the big dining room. There are American dishes on the menu as well, but it doesn't make sense to pass up the hearty Hungarian selections. Desserts are memorable also, especially the Hungarian napoleon, a satin-smooth cream filling wrapped in light, flaky pastry, but we enjoy the walnut torte and fruit strudels, too.
