Blue Willow Inn Restaurant Description:
An early twentieth-century Greek Revival-style house serves as the backdrop for buffet-style all-you-can-eat service. The presence of young maidens in faux antebellum get-up is a bit off-putting, but take that with a grain of what it is---tourist kitsch---and enjoy the experience. We sometimes find the food greasy and tepid, but when it's on, it's a classic Southern dining experience. Vegetables are done in the Southern manner---that means cooked---sometimes with pork meat for seasoning. Pork roast is just as sweet, moist and tender as it could be, and we won't even start on the fried chicken. You must taste at least one dessert, but choosing which one will be difficult. No alcohol.
