The Conservatory Description:
This is where we gather our skiing and non-skiing friends together for lunch on Snowmass Mountain. A light, sunny restaurant at the edge of the mall, it's equally convenient for shoppers and skiers, who can shuss right up to the door for lunch indoors or outside on the deck when it's sunny. There's also something for everyone with different internationally themed dishes daily. Options range from fresh imported and smoked European cheeses with a variety of whole grain mustards, roasted quail and lentil cassoulet with baby vegetables, buffalo burgers on sourdough, and a Mediterranean medley of mezes, to a simple salad niçoise for those thinking about how their silhouette looks in stretch pants. One nice touch on the menu is that each item is matched with a suggested wine by the glass.
