L'Auberge Restaurant Description:
Located at the L'Auberge de Sedona Resort on the banks of Oak Creek in downtown Sedona. Jackets and ties are recommended at dinner though not required. Reservations are recommended. Outdoor dining is available on the banks of Oak Creek at the Terrace On The Creek. The Terrace serves the same menu as L'Auberge and is open, weather permitting, between April and October for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservations are not required for the Terrace other
than for Sunday brunch.
While in Sedona, you must partake of this top-level French dining experience set in the mystical red rocks. The surroundings are quite charming with an old European feel---candle-lit chandeliers cast a warm glow indoors while the creek rushes by outside and a fire crackles in the fireplace. Pan-seared foie gras makes for a good starter to a sumptuous dining experience. Go for the roasted rack of Colorado lamb as a main course, or try one of the chef's tasting menus. Sunday brunch brings an elegant buffet offering fresh-baked breads, international cheeses and pâtés, seasonal game, smoked salmon and trout, herbed omelets and, of course, pastries and desserts. Regardless of the time of day or time of year, a totally satisfying and romantic experience awaits.
