The Wedgwood Broiler has been operating in the same location since 1965 with a loyal customer base to prove it. Caught in a tasty time warp, from the smoked glass mirrored walls to the muzak rendition of Stevie Wonder's "I Just Called to Say I Love You," the place is a Seattle classic. This is family fare, not fanfare. Don't look for fusion cuisine. The only hint of multicultural influences in the kitchen is with the teriyaki chicken and barbecue Swiss burger. From the regular menu, we suggest the burgers---all of them. Cooked as requested, the beef is ground right on the premises, which makes all the difference. The Wedgwood Broiler also offers dinner specials, drawing in the regulars.
