Master baker William Leaman's brown-sugar pecan brioche and flaky twice-baked almond croissants are legendary and well worth the wait. Linger in the morning with a steaming espresso and crisp pain au chocolate, or treat yourself to dessert---the bakery is open until 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. A few sandwiches and quiches are also available.
