Cafe ZuZu Description:
From chef Chuck Wiley comes this tribute to a 1950s diner, complete with a soda fountain and classic counter, all of which may be a bit of an oxymoron since Café Zuzu is housed in a luxury hotel. Because it's Wiley at the helm, however, Zuzu applies snazzy twists to American comfort food favorites like buttermilk pancakes, burgers and shakes by using local ingredients and high-end techniques. The setting is retro-posh and the care from the kitchen is evident in the daily pies (try the awesome Key lime pie martini) and clever takes on blue plate specials.
