A Canadian chain in the West's Most Western Town? But the casual spot draws diners in, for its broad-ranging and surprisingly satisfying menu of steaks, chops, seafood, burgers and occasional international dishes like spicy Thai green curry, Santa Fe Cajun chicken salad, or an interesting if hardly authentic Vietnamese sandwich. At lunch, the place teems with business types escaping the office for a half-pound burger with Canadian cheddar and sautéed mushrooms. They come back with their friends for happy hour, and at night, the crowd gives way to family types, here for the laid-back atmosphere and low prices on approachable choices like cedar plank salmon, roast chicken and ribs. The sedate crowd skedaddles, however, before late night, when the mood turns to Coyote Ugly, including dancing on the bar. Oh, Canada, indeed!
