they paid forty thousand for it and want to sell it for over a hundred thousand. They just want to make sure the town doesn't have a Restaraunt. Several people want to buy it....they have no desire to sell it.

this business has been closed for 2 years. When it was open nobody knew what day of the week it would be ready for business. Semi Truck Drivers would pull off Hy 7, park only to find that it was not open for business.
