Mediterranea serves Mediterranean food, including authentic Italian, Greek, Spanish, French and Middle Eastern cuisine. The restaurant is quite large, maximum capacity around 150 people, 35 tables, divided into two main sections.

The first is an open and wide "Greek plaza", with a carp fishpond, whitewashed low walls like in the Greek islands, and windowed walls which overlook the nearby river

The second is a more intimate "Arabic lounge" with transparent curtains, sofas and a variety of shisha (hookah, waterpipes).

Their signature dishes include Moroccan lamb and lentil soup "Harira," Sicilian-style mussels with black pepper, beef Greek moussaka, chicken cacciatora, agnello scottadito ('fingerburning' lamb chops), and beef fillet with green peppercorns.
