If you find yourself hankering for designer pizza at higher-than-average but still fairly reasonable prices, head for Wasatch Pizza. Pies are named after geographic regions around Utah and elsewhere. Our favorites are the Grizzly Gulch topped with pesto, Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, feta cheese and mozzarella; the Mt. Nebo, with broccoli, red onions, sweet roasted garlic, green peppers, roasted eggplant and fresh tomatoes; and The Northwest with smoked salmon, shrimp, red onions, mushrooms, capers, olive paste, smoked Gouda, rosemary and pine nuts. Traditionalists will find familiar options, too, including classic cheese-and-tomato and pepperoni, as well as subs, salads and pastas. We recommend delivery or take-out over a sit-down meal, which encompasses two Formica tables overlooking an asphalt parking lot.
