The New Yorker Club Description:
The New Yorker features a dining room that serves an extensive fine dining menu for lunch and dinner, while the Cafe features a lighter fare of traditional favorites.
Posh is the only word to describe this chic dining space. Named for The New Yorker magazine, the restaurant reflects its namesake's flair in both the setting---straight out of a silent movie---and the menu's Continental indulgences. The proprietors maintain that exclusive, members-only feel, especially in the main dining room where you must purchase a "membership" to enter. The adjacent café has a more casual air. Try the lobster with fettuccine or the steak au poivre with a Cabernet sauce and house specialty shoestring potatoes. The wine list is renowned as the finest in Salt Lake and the chocolate decadence cake is the city's most sinful.
