The menu starts with colorful appetizers like rajas de chile con queso (roasted chile pepper strips with cheese and sour cream) and encurtidas (stuffed jalapeños with cheese and bay shrimp), followed by tacos, burritos and more. One of eight different types of moles, like the pipian with roasted pumpkin seeds and guajillo chilies, may accompany your choice of chicken, turkey or pork loin and rice and beans. Vegetarians also have a place here with dishes like the roasted veggie burrito or cheese enchilada smothered with mole poblano.
