And don't forget sports fans, who tune into the game on one of the 60-plus TVs via a high-tech, tableside audio system, perhaps turning their attention now and then to a bowl of white bean-smoked turkey chili. If your appetite is big enough, try the combination platter (two meats plus sides, including the famous potato pancakes) or the pork steak platter, featuring a local delicacy smoked on-site.
