Review :
This was our first time dining at Aqua. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and freshness of the food. The attractiveness of the presentations matches the fine flavors of the meals. The waitresses were attentive and courteous. Modern decor is upscale yet minimal. The roasted cauliflower soup with cumin is a keeper. Only downside is that while there is a good selection of appetizers and salads, there is a paucity of entree selections. We would go back more often if there was more of a selection in this area. Overall a first class meal.

Aqua has only been around for about 6 years, but from the very start they were doing things right and every time I dine there I have a great experience. The dishes are always cooked to perfection and the staff are always polite and smiling. I've been there with groups of people and one on one with on a date, and every time I've had a great evening.
