The outskirts of Saint Malo's industrial district is the unlikely setting for this pretty old house with its attractive blond-wood dining room where the locals often gather to enjoy Christophe Bouvier's "cuisine with character." Bouvier's regional ingredients are skillfully prepared and presented. Likable little cellar. Smiling welcome, reasonable checks.
